Does not fray and is very easy to cut, sew and stick perfect for practically any craft project. Available in a huge colour range! Unlike most this felt is suitable for toy making as it meets the new 2013 EN 71 3 chemical requirements of the EU Toy Safety Directive (2009 48 EC).
